Want another color? Fortunately, Cinmi does provide exchanges if you are not satisfied with the choice of lipstick color. Exchanges will need to take place within 5 business days after receiving the product. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to the provider as well as the new item of exchange. Cinmi does not issue refunds.
